PayNudge

Terms

Terms of Use

PayNudge provides wording support for invoice follow-ups. It is not debt collection, legal advice, accounting advice, or a guarantee that an invoice will be paid.

Use boundaries

You stay responsible

Check every draft for accuracy, tone, and suitability before sending it.

No professional advice

Get appropriate advice before making legal, debt-recovery, tax, accounting, or escalation decisions.

No automatic sending

PayNudge drafts wording only. You send any message yourself.

Accurate invoice facts

Use correct amounts, due dates, payment details, and customer context. Do not use PayNudge to create misleading pressure, threats, harassment, or false payment claims.

Billing handled by Stripe

Paid plan checkout and card handling are provided through Stripe. PayNudge should never ask for full card numbers, CVC codes, or banking passwords by support message.

Cancel or ask for help

For subscription or billing questions, use the billing portal when available or contact support through the contact page with the account email and approximate charge date.

Acceptable use

Use PayNudge to prepare accurate, respectful follow-up wording for invoices that your business genuinely issued. Do not use it to harass customers, impersonate another business, create misleading payment pressure, claim legal consequences you have not verified, or send reminders for invoices you know are disputed or incorrect.

You are responsible for checking the draft, choosing whether to send it, and keeping your own records. PayNudge may help with tone and structure, but it does not decide whether a customer should pay, whether a contract term applies, or whether escalation is appropriate.

Service limits

PayNudge may change features, limits, pricing, or availability over time. If a paid feature is unavailable or a billing question needs review, contact support with the account email and approximate charge date.
