Send the page you were using, what you expected to happen, and what happened instead. Do not include customer names or invoice numbers unless they are needed for the support request.
Include the subscription email, approximate charge date, and whether the question is about checkout, cancellation, the billing portal, or an incorrect charge.
Ask about data handling, draft wording, or account details. PayNudge is designed for manual review and does not automatically contact your customers.
If the question is about a draft, check that the invoice amount, days overdue, tone, and message type are correct. PayNudge creates wording from the details you enter, so a small input change can produce a clearer reminder.
If the question is about billing, include the account email and approximate charge date, but do not send full card numbers, CVC codes, banking passwords, or customer invoice records. Payment details are handled through Stripe, not by support messages.
Support cannot give legal, accounting, BAS, or debt-collection advice. PayNudge can help with product access and wording-tool questions, but the business owner remains responsible for what gets sent to a customer.
